A non-chrome surface sealer is used to seal the part’s surface and enable a strong primer and paint bond. Bag-type filtration and oil/phosphate removal equipment are used to reduce nozzle/tank clean-up and maintenance / waste activities. This further reduces water consumption and waste treatment costs.
