IN YOUR OVEN!
Our Air Barrier Heat Seals technology speeds up
the heat-up phase in Cure Ovens. This technology minimizes the otherwise
inevitable heat loss that occurs from a conveyor opening in the
oven. The heat seal works by drawing hot air from inside of the
oven and forcing it back into the opening. The pressurization difference
between the factory and the oven interior helps to keep the hot
oven air from entering the factory. This maintains the initial section
of the oven at a constant higher temperature, thus causing the parts
and coatings to heat up quicker.
The Heat Oven Conversion Seal performs like a
physical curtain but actually is a curtain made of blown air. By
controlling oven air movement, the Air Barrier Heat Seals speed
up the parts heating process, lengthens the Time-at-Temperature
for a given line speed, and inhibits air exchange between the factory
and oven interior. Benefits include:
