Oven Temperature Profiling & Energy Audit
Using the latest instrumentation we perform temperature profiling for various types of ovens including dry-off, powder curing, paint curing and burn-off. Our equipment can perform tests with the following conditions: • Up to 6 channels – probes • Temperatures to 2500 F • Programmable sample points up to 36,000 readings per test
An analysis accompanies the temperature profiles with recommendations to improve performance to meet the goals of the process.

Oven Balancing

Complete oven balance service is provided to improve the performance of the oven. The oven balance begins with and Oven Audit as indicated above. Oven balancing results in:

• Better temperature profiles
• Less energy usage
• Elimination of cold spots
• Longer cure cycles

Spray Booth Air Flow Audit

A spray booth audit is in response to a condition of poor air flow causing dirt, less than desirable transfer efficiency, paint escaping from the paint spray booth or excessive filter usage. Our technicians provide a comprehensive evaluation of the current conditions and recommendation to improve the spray booth environment. Included with this service:

• Complete diagram of air flow readings with down draft / side draft velocities, supply volumes and exhaust volumes
• A control scheme recommendation analysis

Spray Booth Balancing

Spray Booth balancing is based upon the air flow audit outlined above. Our technicians perform the agreed upon modifications to accomplish the desired air flow. A complete set of initial and final readings are provided for future reference. Please note that a complete air audit and spray booth balance is completed as part of the AirOPS™ System implementation.
